CALL FORWARDING

Call Forwarding allows you to redirect incoming calls to an alternate destination, regardless of the phone service provider. The callers will seamlessly be transferred to the specified number, extension or voicemail. Forwarded calls are treated as outgoing calls and billed according to your plan. Call forwarding to international phone numbers is billed at our competitive international rates.
Functionality
Forward a number using the phone
Instructions:
Press *72 followed by the phone number you wish to direct calls.
Result
Any call to your number will be forwarded to the number assigned for call forwarding
Forward calls using the self management portal
The self management web portal allows for you to forward calls to alternate destinations. You can even schedule automatic call forwarding by time to work with your business operating hours. Time groups management enables this feature in addition to the regular call forwarding.
Depending on the assigned permission level you will find links to :
- Numbers - main public access phone number
- Feature codes - also know as extensions
- Telephone - physical phone account holders
Simple call forwarding is done by :
- Select the external number option
- Entering the actual number
- Save.
