Call Screen allows you to filter calls by unwanted solicitors taking up your valuable time by having them identify their name when they call your number or extension. You can opt to answer the call or re-direct call to voicemail.
How it works when you have call screen enabled?
- When a caller dials your number, he/she is promoted to record their name
- While caller is waiting for your response, they are placed on hold listening to music or any pre-recorded messages
- Upon accepting caller you will be connected, otherwise call will be rejected and/or re-directed to voicemail

This feature can be extended to recognize caller's phone number or prefix and plan an appropriate action in response. For instance, if you service or sell products across Canada you have the ability to program calls from certain region to specific extensions. The benifit to have a dispersed work force is that you can now send local calls to representatives in that region.
Action can be based on exact phone number or prefixes so that callers are automatically sent to the correct location based on their caller ID. The self management portal allows for the complete management, your permission may be restricted based on your subscription plan.
