More than your regular Voicemail
- You can access your voicemail without physically accessing the phone
- Receive notification when voicemail is received
- email notification - header with the callers information as an alert without the actual content of the voicemail
- voicemail attached to the email and depending on the computer settings will play using windows media player.
- Call back to the specified number - mailboxes that exist independently without being assigned to a specific phone can notify owner when new voicemail is received. Regular voicemail action can be done in that call.
- Web access to messages - messages are listed via the portal and can be move to another, downloaded or archived. Subscribers with the self management portal can manage greetings via web interface.

A stutter tone is provided via the telephone when new messages reside in the user voice mailbox. A visual indicator on the phone is also provided if supported by phone. Also enables a user to be informed of new voice messages. The notification is in the form of an email
